The ladies of KCM are starting 2020 right as we discuss and explore what it means to be temples of God and how to properly care for ourselves; spirit, soul, and body, as temples.

In recent years, the importance of self-care has become evident as the consequences of not doing so are being brought to the forefront. Women are being prescribed medications to treat maladies of body, soul, and spirit. Yet, Jesus told us that He came so that we could enjoy abundant life.
Because are temples of the Holy Spirit and are responsible for properly caring for the bodies He has given us, we are going to get together to share how we care for our temples and pursue health in our bodies, spirits, and minds. Bring something healthy to eat and wear clothes comfortable for stretching, as we will end the evening with some stretching exercises while we recite The Lord's Prayer.
